Villa Monte Leon Ladera is set high on the hillside with stunning views over La Manga Club and to the Mar Menor beyond. Tucked away high on the edge of La Manga this location is one of the most peaceful spots on the resort. As soon as you enter the villa you’ll be struck by the views from your open plan living room, diner and kitchen and out to the wide terrace running the whole width of the house. On the lower level you have all your bedrooms and then down again you have your pool area. From two of the bedrooms on the front of the house and the pool area you have equally wonderful views. The master here comes with a king-size bed and ensuite with double vanity and still feels really spacious. As well as all this, saving the best till last, at the top of the villa you have a very comfortable roof terrace with high end lounge furniture. Perfect for relaxing and taking time out with a morning coffee or a chilled glass of wine. All the balconies throughout are glass fronted to maximise the full potential of the setting. Of course you have the added advantage of Monte Leon Ladera being within one of the most well-known and prestigious resorts in the world.
