The Isla Canela golf course is situated 50km east of Faro airport on the stunning Costa del la Luz Atlantic coastline. The 18-hole, par 72 course was designed by Juan Catarineu in 1993 and is skillfully set in the nature reserve at Isla Canela.

Isla Cenela is a challenging course with small slopes formed by the natural dunes. The design of the holes combines precision, strength and dexterity in their proper proportions. With water featuring on 10 holes and orange, olive and eucalyptus trees situated at strategic points, Isla Canela is a worthy test for all handicap levels.

Located next to the Guadiana river and with spectacular views of Portugal and the river’s mouth. Enjoy 18 true links holes in a special protected environment and in full contact with nature.
