Overview

Located 200 meters from the beach, this 4-bedroom villa is perfect for a golfing group of 8 or less who are looking to combine first class accommodation with top class golf.

The bedrooms are composed as follows:
• Ground Floor – Bedroom with a double bed with private bathroom
• Ground Floor – Bedroom with 2 single beds plus 2 drawers, shared bathroom
• Ground Floor – Bedroom with 2 twin beds (can be made together) with shared bathroom
• 1st Floor – Mezzanine above the living room with double bed, shared bathroom
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen as well as an indoor dining area with a table for 6 people plus sideboard / wine cellar with 2 more chairs.
The living room has 2 sofas with 3 seats, 2 armchairs, 1 footrest, fireplace, good size TV with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi in all areas.
Air conditioning is available throughout the house. As a heating source for the cooler days, there is also a fireplace.
The basement has a pool table and table football for the entertainment of our guests.

The exterior of the villa is manicured all around and has a small fish pond at the entrance.
The pool is 10 meters long by 5.5 meters wide and depths between 1 and 2 meters. We supply pool heating 48h before arrival, at an additional cost.
The outdoor area is spacious and allows you to relax while sunbathing on the outdoor furniture and sun loungers or under the shade of the magnificent pergola that covers the outdoor dining area. This outdoor space has a charcoal B.B.Q. with a washbasin and next to it a table for up to 10 people, which will allow you to enjoy al-fresco meals in comfort.
Next to the outdoor dining area there is a fire pit that becomes very useful on cooler days and evenings.
