With its impressive circular drive, Moorish style architecture and stately arched entrance, La Casa de la Armonia Perfecta makes a great first impression. Inside, you’ll find pristine marble floors and elegant furnishings, bright, spacious rooms and a magnificent covered veranda along the rear of the house overlooking the stunning gardens and private pool area.
Enviably located just a short walk from the main hub of the resort with its bars, restaurants and shops and within easy reach of its famous tennis centre and golf courses, the villa is in the perfect position to offer peace and privacy without missing out on the action.
A large, fully fitted kitchen with a central island unit and breakfast table provides plenty of scope for creating your own choice of home-cooked cuisine, though barbecues are also sure to feature regularly when not dining at one of the resort’s first class restaurants.
With two well-furnished lounges, each opening onto the outside terrace and equipped with TV and DVD player, there’s plenty of space for children and adults to enjoy separate chill-out times as well as spending quality time together.
Occupying the entire first floor, the very handsome master suite includes a huge, light-filled bedroom with a king size bed and a spacious bathroom with twin wash basins, a Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower. Sliding patio doors lead out to a private balcony with a glass and steel balustrade to maximise the wonderful view across the resort to the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or a nightcap under the stars.

On the ground floor are three further en suite bedrooms, each one individually styled and furnished to a high standard and enjoying direct access to the veranda. Two are twin rooms, perfectly suited to younger guests, while the third has a magnificent double sleigh bed, a cosy seating area and a Jacuzzi bath with separate shower.
Outside, the shady veranda is just one option for those seeking a quiet place to stretch out with a book and a chilled drink. Steps lead down to the exceptionally well designed, landscaped gardens with terraced beds bursting with exotic plants and shrubs, lush palm trees and spiky cacti while large areas of lawn offer ample room for children to play. There’s also a charming dining gazebo with a bamboo roof and barbecue area adorned with traditional Spanish tiles that’s perfect for those relaxing alfresco meals.
Attractively gated for safety, the 12 metre private pool with a separate whirlpool section is a definite highlight, offering fun in the sun and an ideal way to cool off after a round of golf, a challenging tennis match or even a competitive game of table tennis on the villa’s own outdoor table.
With reduced green fees for James Villa guests and a choice of no fewer than three championship standard courses, golf could well be high on the agenda during your stay. However, the resort offers an incredible array of other sports facilities as well as a superb spa, walking trails and kids club and the golden beaches of ‘La Manga Strip’ are just a short drive away.
