The exterior
Villa Quinta features stunning outdoor space, with a large pool surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens. Sun loungers around the pool allow for relaxation and soaking up the sunshine. There is an outdoor dining table, plus other seating areas to enjoy. By the dining area, you can access an indoor pool with sauna and steam room. The villa also features a glass elevator that will take you to the top floor terrace for cocktails and sunsets. Being so close to the beach, it means you can enjoy the gorgeous ocean views.
The living areas
At Villa Quinta, there is sophistication at every turn. Modern, spacious and full of natural light thanks to the floor to ceiling windows. The living area has plenty of seating, with further seating areas throughout the property. There is Cable TV and a sound system.
The kitchen is quite simply a dream. Beautifully finished and fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. There is also a washer and dryer. For family fun, the games room offers a pool table and table tennis. That’s not all – there is a gym and sauna for those who like a morning workout.
The bedrooms
With 7 bedrooms, Villa Quinta sleeps 14 guests. It is perfect for a large family gathering for a big special occasion! The first floor features 4 bedrooms, while the lower floor has 3 additional bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with ‘in-wall’ air cooling system and an en-suite bathroom.
