LIVING AREAS

Open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped and and has appliances including four electric hobs, kettle, extractor, toaster, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and with a door opening onto the garden and pool.

The dining area is furnished with a large table with seating for ten people and the furnished lounge features a flat screen TV showing international cable channels and some American/English channels. Double patio doors open onto the garden, pool and covered terrace. There is a guest cloakroom on this level.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the entrance level of the property. Bedroom one is a twin room with a wardrobe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto the garden. Bedroom two is a twin room with an open wardrobe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower (the beds in this room are suitable for children only). OUTSIDE SPACE
