Villa for 9 persons with swimming pool and garden, surrounded by pine trees located in the exclusive Quinta do Peru Golf Resort, only 30 minutes from Lisbon. Beautiful beaches can be found within 15 minutes. The National Park “Serra da Arrabida” is only a short distance from the villa and there are plenty of visits possible in this beautiful natural area. The old fishing village of Sesimbra is easy to reach. Here are wonderful seafood restaurants to enjoy the Portuguese “Cataplana” and many other seafoods, beaches, and a fish market. It is also very easy to visit Lisbon. This capital has plenty to of culture to offer. Near Setubal you will find the authentic Portuguese atmosphere. This city has hardly encountered influences of tourism and here you can go out for dinner very well for a nice price.

1 bedroom with double bed and a duplex bedroom with a double sofa-bed and a single bed, sharing a bathroom. The lounge and dining room can accommodate 9 people.
First floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bathrooms. 1 of the bathrooms has a jacuzzi bad.
Outside: The garden provides full privacy to the guests as well as space for the children to play.
There is a big terrace around the swimming pool (9m x 4m), where you can relax and enjoy the sun.
A pergola with outdoor furniture and a dining area with a table and a barbeque, allows pleasant gathering and fine dinner outside. Private parking for 3 cars.
