Villa Hibisco

From April to October, a municipal tourist tax of €2 per person, per night is charged. From November to March, the amount drops to €1 per night per person. The tax is payable up to 7 nights. Children under 13 are exempt from this tax.

Check-in time is always from 4pm and check-out time is until 10am;

Pets are not allowed. If there are any animals in the accommodation during your stay, the operator reserves the right to terminate your holiday at any time;

The operating entity is not responsible for loss, theft or any other accident inside or outside the property, so it is advisable to opt for short-term travel insurance;

In the event of a violation of the code of conduct, disrespect, damage or disturbance to the accommodation, the owner, responsible persons and the operating entity itself reserve the right to terminate your holiday and take immediate possession of the property. In the event of resistance, the operating entity reserves the right to appeal to the local police authorities, accompanied by the agency or owner;

Guests/clients are requested to leave the house in acceptable hygienic conditions upon checking out, as well as the kitchen free of dirty dishes and rubbish

Refundable security deposit £800 will be held on a car and refunded 7 days after departure
