All amenities are literally around the corner. Similarly to the rest of the villas, Villa 5 offers a private garden, BBQ and a swimming pool. Travellers with children will appreciate the fact that they canwatch over their children playing in the garden while cooking or having a drink on the terrace. Similarly to the neighbouring Villa 4, the garden is nice and flat and can be observed from the villa’s common areas. You can safely park up to 3 cars inside the property gates.

LOCATION
This villa is a perfect option for you if you don’t want to drive for dinner, to go to the beach or just to have a drink. Puerto Banus main strip is 10 minutes walk away and there are plenty of dining options just around the corner, ranging from the popular and fancy La Sala and Breathe restaurants, to more casual options such as Mister Noodle, Burger Bar or an Organic Juicery. SuperCor supermarket, hairdressers and beauty salons are just around the corner. Despite its being in the centre of it all, Villa 5 is a relaxing and quiet retreat for your well-deserved holiday. And if you do have to work, do it with a pool view;-) with a reliable 5G optical fibre internet connection.

The villa has a cosy lounge with satellite TV and international channels. The dining area opens directly into a covered terrace with plenty of seating for dining and chilling. As the garden is large and flat, it is an ideal place for children to play and adults to relax and sunbathe on the provided sunbeds. You can enjoy evening BBQs with the charming garden and pool night illumination and listen to your favourite music from the bluetooth audio tower.
For those who enjoy cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, wine and champagne glasses, crockery, utensils and cutlery for large groups of guests. Coffee lovers can enjoy their coffee from Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
