The space
Villa Mimosa is a very well appointed 4 bedroomed rental house which offers far more than the average holiday rental property.
The house is a terracotta-coloured villa situated in a quiet road with off-street parking for 2 cars, ensuring hassle-free parking throughout your stay.
The outdoor area features a plunge-pool, 5 sun loungers for soaking up the Algarvian sunshine, a BBQ and outdoor seating area for al fresco dining in addition to the roof terrace and several balconies.
From the pool area enter the games room which is the ultimate in family entertainment. The ground floor has been transformed into a chill-out zone featuring a large projector screen with comfy sofa-bed to enjoy movie nights. There is also a pool table, mini-golf area, darts and a table-football table to provide endless hours of fun for the old and young alike.
There is also a toilet and shower on this level, plus a washing-machine and dryer. The comfort and style continues upstairs. On the first floor the large air-conditioned living and dining area boasting comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table for six. There is also seating on the balcony where you can take advantage of the cool morning air over a coffee. The fully-equipped kitchen features floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, and another dining table with seating for four.

The first of the four stylish bedrooms is found on this floor. This bedroom boasts a double bed with TV and air-conditioning. This bedroom is located adjacent to the main family bathroom, perfect for guests who prefer single-level living.
There are three bedrooms on the second floor, each with ensuite facilities, air-conditioning and electric shutters.
The two double bedrooms both have access to balconies and for panoramic views of Portimão, the beautiful mountains of Monchique and even a glimpse of the sea enjoy the comfortable seating on the roof terrace. Furnished with a large round table this is the perfect spot for stargazing or enjoying refreshing sun-downers with a breath-taking backdrop.
