3 bedroom villa with sea view and annex T1, located near the picturesque village of Santa Bárbara de Nexe.

Just 12 minutes from Faro airport and the sea, a few minutes from restaurants, the large Mar Shopping Centre (8 minutes also known as IKEA), on a hill surrounded by nature, quiet, sea views, this house will delight nature and calm lovers.
Private pool, outdoor leisure area with barbecue, garden, Monte Alegrete has all the comfort and security you need for your holidays in the Algarve.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances such as fridge freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. It has a table with 4 chairs for small meals.

The living/dining room is equipped with a flat-screen smart TV, 2 air conditioners and a large dining table for 4 people. Sliding windows give access to the pool. Free WIFI internet access and fireplace for our winter season guests.

This villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Two bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with a double bed, which share a bathroom with a service shower.
A flat screen TV is in one of the bedrooms and both have direct pool access through the sliding windows. The master bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom with bathtub, bidet and washing machine. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
For your convenience, an iron and ironing board are available.

The entire outdoor area has landscaping. The pool is 10m long by 5m wide, has a solar heated outdoor shower and sun loungers to enjoy the sun.
To complete, there is a barbecue area with a charcoal barbecue and an additional gas barbecue, as well as 6 chairs and a table to enjoy meals outdoors.
Access by stairs to the top floor terrace, from where you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the city of Faro.
Due to the location and the fact that the house is surrounded by nature and trees, being completely fenced, Monte Alegrete provides a lot of privacy and tranquility for your holidays.

In the annex, there is a completely renovated apartment, ideal for a couple with 2 children, with capacity for 4 people.
It has a bedroom with a double bed, a desk and a storage room. The bathroom has a shower.

The attached kitchen/living room has a dining table for 4 people and is well equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven and microwave.
It also has 2 comfortable armchairs, as well as a sofa (convertible double bed) and a flat-screen smart TV. In case there are 4 people using this space, 2 extra beds will be placed.

Air conditioning units are available in the lounge and bedroom.
Right in front, there is another beautiful covered and shaded terrace, also with a sea view!
