The exclusive residential area of Pinhal Velho is just a few minutes’ drive from the hustle and bustle of the Marina and its shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club.

Villa Romantic is a very large 7 bedroom premium villa situated on the prestigious and upmarket golf development of Pinhal Velho in Vilamoura. The villa resides on an extensive corner plot, over 6000 square metres. Perfect for families and large groups, Villa Romantic is complete with a big private swimming pool 105 square metres, games room, rolling lawn gardens and a private spa area (local charge applies for jacuzzi and steam room). The villa can be rented as a 5 bedroom property sleeping 10 persons, or a 7 bedroom property sleeping 14 persons with the use of the two lower level bedrooms. Low Season it can also be rented as a 4 bedroom villa sleeping up to 8 persons.
It offers a fully equipped kitchen with appliances including dishwasher, juicer, microwave, coffee machine, oven, fridge-freezer, electric hob, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. Separate pantry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Spacious and open plan living and dining area. The dining table seats 14 people and the living area is comfortably furnished. Patio doors lead directly onto the terrace with the 105 square meter swimming pool which can be heated to temperatures between 29º and 30º.
Outside there is a barbecue area and gardens with tables and chairs for 20 people. Flat screen TV with cable channels – Portuguese, American and other international channels and Wi-Fi internet.
Games room with pool table, perfect for family holiday tournaments! Spa area including Turkish bath/sauna, shower, jacuzzi, treadmill and weight machine.

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms are south-facing, air-conditioned, have plenty of wardrobe space and all have direct access to the garden terrace and are equipped with a safe. Bedrooms one to five are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedrooms one and two are ideal for a family as they are situated together and have a family bathroom with shower, bath and double basin. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has two single beds, which can be made up as a double bed.
The remaining bedrooms on this floor all have two single beds that can be made up as a double bed and each have an en suite bathroom.
Available to guests booking the seven-bedroom rate, bedrooms six and seven are on the lower level of the villa. Both bedrooms benefit from natural light.
Exterior:
Guests staying at Villa Romantic will benefit from the lovely spacious and private grounds in which the villa is situated. With a large private swimming pool measuring approximately 15 x 7 metres which can be heated for a supplementary weekly fee. The poolside terrace has 10 sun loungers, lawned gardens, BBQ area with outdoor dining table and gas barbecue, ping pong table and parking in the villa’s entrance hall, secured by electric entrance gates.
